How It Went Down - August 12, 2011

Well, the On-Air-Versary was a success. My wife really enjoyed the experience and ultimately that's all that matters (that and doing a 'good' show).

Thanks to Jonas Bonnetta, Greg MacPherson and Steve St. Louis for participating. Be sure to check out Evening Hymns' website for info on the upcoming record, mark your calendar for GMac's Loud and Soft CD release shows, and catch Steve (aka 5 O'Clock Charlie) on the Funk Boat.

Here's what was played:

Set One: 6:30 PM - 7 PM

Ken Boothe - "Everything I Own" [Trojan Records]
Interview with Jonas Bonnetta of Evening Hymns
Evening Hymns - "If I Handle You With Care" [Trembling Blue Stars cover]
Evening Hymns - "Sentimental Reasons" [Live at UMFM]
Parlour Steps - "Subtle" [Figment Music]

Set Two: 7 PM - 7:30 PM

Greg MacPherson - "River Lake" [Live at UMFM]
